This exclusive wine dinner is hosted by Head Sommelier Mathieu Germond who has selected the best wines from the superb Italian region of Piemonte. Home to classics such as Gavi di Gavi and Barolo, Mathieu will talk you through the complexities of each wine which are paired brilliantly with each highly crafted dish. Available for 12 diners only in the beautiful private dining room.
MasterClass Kitchen Experience
If you enjoy fine dining then this is for you. Every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, you can learn the tricks of the trade from our Michelin team, our secrets on the perfect bread, how to prepare four sublime courses before enjoying a four course meal with matching wines for lunch in the restaurant.
