MasterClass Kitchen Experience and New Wine Experience

If you enjoy fine dining and love to cook then the MasterClass Kitchen Experience is for you.

Taking place every 1st and 3rd Wednesday and Friday in the month, the ‘Pied a Terre’ experience will teach you a few new tricks, show you the behind the scenes in a Michelin restaurant and finishing with a 4 course lunch with wine matching.

The experience starts with a 9am greeting from the front of house staff who will show you first hand how the restaurant works. You will then settle into the kitchen to master some new skills before lunchtime service starts. After your hard earned efforts, you will be welcomed as a guest in the restaurant to enjoy a 4 course lunch before leaving with your goodie bag.  

9.00am – 12pm (followed by 4 course lunch with wine matching)

If you love your wines and want to know more, the Wine Experience is your answer.

Taking place every 2nd and 4th Friday in the month, this half day wine experience is ideal for novices and seasoned wine buffs.

You will learn about glass shapes, how and when to decant, how to create and organise a wine cellar whilst tasting wines from your selected country.  A tasting lunch with matching wines in the restaurant follows before leaving with a goodie bag.

9.30am – 12pm (followed by 4 course lunch with wine matching)
