Culinary Masterclasses

Located in the brand new first floor kitchen, designed and installed by Martin Moore Design, we will be hosting our bespoke Masterclasses which focus on various areas of cooking and types of cuisine. Up to 8 guests will be shown cooking skills and techniques and will then get the opportunity to put these into practice. The classes will be hosted by our Head Chef Asimakis or David Moore, founder of Pied á Terre, who is also trained at  Blackpool Catering College and has 6 years training at Le Manoir, a Raymond Blanc protégé.


All Masterclasses will begin with refeshments at 09:30am and will finish up around 12:00pm, where the class will conclude with a glass of fizz (well deserved after 3 hours in the kitchen) and your bespoke goody bag to take home.


We will be holding bespoke Masterclasses in the following areas:

  • The Art of Pasta
  • Butchery
  • Ceviche and Tartare
  • Fish Preparation
  • Vegan and Vegetarian Cuisine
  • Desserts


Masterclasses start from £95.00 - tickets are to be purchased online, any additional drinks and food will be subject to a 12.5% service charge and charged on the day. Gift vouchers are also now available - the perfect present for family and friends.


You then have the option to enjoy lunch in our MICHELIN Starred restaurant, with prices starting from £43!
