PIED À TERRE
Our Wine Philosophy
At Pied à Terre, wine is an integral part of the dining experience - not an afterthought. Our award-winning list reflects over three decades of dedication to craftsmanship, terroir and sustainability.
With more than 800 carefully sourced wines, our cellar celebrates both the great classical regions and the new wave of winemakers.

Wine Flights
Enhance your dining experience with our expertly curated wine flight, thoughtfully designed by Head Sommelier Connor Skrine to complement each dish and elevate each flavour on your plate.
The wine flights pair world-class wines with precision and creativity, guiding you on a journey through exceptional vineyards and distinctive styles. It’s the perfect way to discover new favourites; sit back and leave the discovery to us.
Classic – A celebration of both timeless producers and exciting rising winemakers, each trained by the very best. Expect familiar excellence alongside fresh, innovative expressions.
Premium – An exclusive selection of fine and rare wines collected over 34 years. This is a wonderful opportunity to taste some of the world’s most sought-after bottles - icons crafted by the greatest winemakers at the peak of their art.
The List
The list spans both classic, established wine regions and newer, more experimental and small-scale producers - always with an emphasis on ethical, sustainable winemaking, and wines with a distinct sense of place.
But more than this, we discover, support and follow great wine makers especially family run artisanal wineries, as well as English wine producers.
It takes time, it takes energy, it takes investment and lots of passion for the coming together of food and wine, for our guests to have the best possible wine experience regardless of your knowledge or your budget.

Inside the Cellar
Our multi award winning cellar is home to over 800 (and growing) wines from all corners of the world, stored and looked after with care and attention.
Our Suppliers
Our cellar is a labour of passion — a collection curated over our long history, to elevate every dish and offer an unparalleled pairing experience.
We are proud to work with over 30 suppliers to create a harmonious balance on our list. Some notable suppliers include:
WineTraders - Led by Master of Wine Micheal Palij, they have helped artisan Italian winemakers find their place in the market, such as Inama and La Monacesca.
Dynamic Vines - Founded by Frederic Grappe in 2005 and working with only biodynamic and organic independent wine makers, every wine on their portfolio deserves its place on our list. We list famous names such as Nicolas Jolly and Chateau Le Puy to the smaller and less known including Julien Courtois.
Swig - Our long time partner and South African wine specialists who also provide us with the best English chardonnay - Danbury Ridge.
