Plant-based and vegan? Come join us for this unique culinary masterclass at Michelin-starred restaurant Pied à Terre in London where we offer plant-based tasting menus alongside our omnivore menus. These are more than cookery classes. Zero skills are required for this hands-on kitchen experience, just an appetite for fun. Make sure you are hungry – there is lots to taste! The most recent class menu included creating a cashew dip, cauliflower and orange soup, papoutsakia for a main course and finishing with chocolate mousse and madeleines. You will also learn how to make a nage - the vegetable stock base for plant-based cooking. You will gain loads of skills, have a great laugh and finish with a glass of fizz before heading off with lots of goodies including a Pied à Terre apron and recipe cards or of course you could stay for lunch....
