Celebrate the season with Pied à Terre’s Michelin-starred Festive Tasting Menu, crafted to showcase the very best of winter. Begin with dishes such as Slow cooked duck egg with yeasted cauliflower, maitake and smoked eel before moving on to indulgent plates like Arnaud Tauzin milk finished guinea fowl with parsnip, coco nibs, walnut and coffee.
To conclude, delight in a refreshing Clementine sorbet followed by a decadent Miso cream, white chocolate and mango dessert, with the option to add a refined artisanal cheese board.
Guests are welcome to elevate their menu on the evening with indulgent additions such as Oscietra caviar or exquisite winter truffles.
